Attorney Fee Structure

The Firm traditionally bills out at an hourly or flat fee basis. As Roy is a solo practitioner, he incurs less overhead, and therefore bills out at a rate slightly below other attorneys of the same experience in the community.

The Firm tries to best utilize its staff, to help make your matter more cost-effective. On occasion, depending on the collectibility of the borrower/debtor/obligor, the Firm may take a case on a contingency basis.
